These are hosted by Google at sub domain of blogspot.com. Almost every new blogger starts from Blogger.com. If you wanna starts new blog, i recommend you to go with Blogger.com. After gaining experience and skills you can then move to WordPress.
2. WordPress:
In blogging platform, Wordpress is my second choice. It is weblog hosting provider owned by Automaticc which opened to beta testers on August 8, 2005 and opined to the public on November 21, 2005. WordPress is available in both Free and Paid.
3. Tumblr:
Tumblr is microblogging short from platform that allows you to post text, images, video, links,audio, quotes to their tumblr blog. Users can follow other users or users can choose to keep their tumlelog private.
4. Weebly:
It is one of the simplest website that allows users to
create a blog. Just register an account, select any theme
and start blogging.
5. Blog.Com
It is one of the Famous website with great tools to create a blog. Its very easy.
